Replied In "transaction_id" value is changed on 1 or 2 from the value of the same transaction

Replied In App Store Server Notifications 2.0+ can not receive refund notifications for non-renewable subscriptions

not specific user(s) notification, the refund notification of v2 written on Apple documents supports auto-renewal and non-auto-renewal, but I only receive the automatic renewal notification, and the non-automatic renewal does not receive it Let's say I buy a non-renewal product, and I should receive a refund notification for my refund, right?
