Thank you @dnsrecord I just contact the china developer support and let them known my issue again. They are kind, and told me to supply my data like ID, device SEID blalblala. I supplied and wait for over two weeks, two weeks!!!! This is not china support team's false because I know they have to wait the US team's reply. And you know what? They let me enroll again, and the same sht happened! F, I don't want to be rude but I have to. F**
