I have a similar situation, the application has been in the store for 5 days with advanced experiences for the appclip, but the diagnosis shows that there is no registered experience

Oh, yes!
After 2 weeks, my appclip started working!
It seems the error was on apple's side
Update sdk to latest version, and remove Disk Space manifest from you project
