Yeah, I have User Selected File set to Read/Write. I have the other file access types set to None right now, but I did try setting them all to Read/Write earlier and it didn't change anything.

I completely disabled the App Sandbox and the issue persisted, so it's not got anything to do with the App Sandbox.
