Screen Time Api?
It seems that Apple has implemented an iOS ScreenTime API (https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2021/10123/) that provides functionality to parental control apps only. In other words, it cannot be used by other time-tracking or productivity apps at the moment.
