I am having similar issues. If I am away from the WIFI for more than a few hours, my iPhone reconnects and requests a new IP address. This happens whether or not the "Use Private Address" is turned on or off.

Well, now I am stuck. When I try to turn on Photos in the iCloud panel, it says "Checking Library" and then stops and the check box remains blank. I've tried this with a backup of my iPhotos library and with a blank new one.

I think I have managed to get some stability for my Macbook (early 2015).I disabled Photos in Settings -> iCloud.I disabled the Wake on LAN and wake for photos etc in Settings ->Power (for plugged in)I then put my laptop to sleep.For two days now it's has woken up from sleep and worked.Update: This did not stop the lockups after a period of time of inactivity. The only thing this seems to do is allow me to use my machine without having to restart it.

So, I've found how to make this work. Install as a new watchSkip both the Store and iCloud sign inAfter the watch reboots, install the beta profileAfter the watch reboots, connect to a wifiAfter the watch reboots, go into the watch app on the iPhone and then Settings -> Apple ID and enter the Store ID and then select the iCloud ID. Once it finishes, the apps will download.

Update: I noticed that the profile was removed. Once I reloaded it and restarted the watch, most of the apps were available. This was after I restored from a backup. I still can't get to Alarms, Calendar, Mail, Noise, Now Playing and Stopwatch. Installing the profile after trying to set the watch up as new got me the same results as before. I can't get to any of the installed applications.
