Now something strange happened: I tried the app on a real device, and all errors disappeared. When I switched back to the simulator device I used, the errors came back.
Then I tried a different simulator device, and when I switched back to the simulator device I used before, the errors were not shown again.
Is there some documentation where I could discover the reason behind this (for me) strange effect? I am not annoyed anymore, but still curious ;-)
