This is very interesting. Since updating to Catalina 10.15, I have been having troubles getting a Time Machine backup. The backup takes 5-6 days. The backupd process seems to be "looping" in:Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary/private/com.apple.photolibraryd/tmpoutboundsharing/Any thoughts?

The backup does finally complete after several days.Clearly something is not correct.I cannot find any errors in logs.I have done an SMC and PRAM reset.Did not seem to help on 2nd backup. It has been going 18hour to backup 9GB.

Bill,Thank you for the response. What you describe actually sounds very likely in my case.I have several directories/folders that appear to be inaccessable.Lot of time outs. Not sure how to prove it.Not sure of the TM will every complete, but I am letting it run.

Are are Fn keys not working at all?Are they working as F1 - F12?Are they working as functions such as volume up/down?I have a Logitech K750 and my Fn keys are working as volume up/down and cannot get them to work as F1-F12.If you have a true Apple keyboard, then the "Use F!,F2, etc. key as standard function keys..." will show up on Keyboard System Preferences. If not, it doesn't.It also appears that we need an update from Logitech for the Logitech Control Center to make this happen.

It appears that the only applications showing on Lauchpad are those in the following folder:/System/ApplicationsEverything else is in /ApplicationsIf I update an application using the App Store, the app appears in LaunchPad.If I drag an app from /Applications to /System/Applications, the app then shows in LaunchPad.I don't know if this is the intended usage.
