It shows on the certificate page as Type: IOS Distribution, Platform: IOS, Created by: (my name), Expiration: 2021/07/02.
When I click on Profiles, it only shows the profile attached to a certificate noted as Created by CC SelfPublish, Expiration 2021/01/26 and a profile tied to an expired certificate.
Do I need to create a new profile? If yes, what Distribution type should I choose?

I created the certificate following the instructions (thank you!). It created the certificate, which appears in the "Certificates" screen, however when I clicked into "Profiles" it does not appear.
Is this okay? Do I need to do anything else?
