Comment on Android Emulator on Silicon
hey wassup. I ran across your question and I noticed it was posted 11 months ago. by now I think you've probably found the answer? I have only part of it. so I have an iMac m1 24 inch model. I'm able to install the android emulator along with android studio which I hear has been working towards making virtualization with m1 chips a reality. I partially works. the only app that is installed at the moment is messages and google. no google store. however at the startup of the emulator there is a warning that says: Could not automatically detect an ADB binary. Some emulator functionality will not work until a custom path to ADB is added. this can be done in Extended Controls(...) > settings > general tab > "use detected ADB location naturally I need help too but this is as far as I've gotten so far. hope this helps
