More information:Previous posts on this subject mentioned logging out from one's iTunes account, logging back in, and firing up TestFlight.https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/104914?q=testflight%20unavailable*I have attempted this as well; this does not resolve the issue. I'm using an iPhone 7 w/iOS v13.3.1. The other device that was successful in downloading and installing the app was an iPhone SE (unsure of OS version).

An update on this: I was able to add a different user on a totally different device; TestFlight behaves completely normally with that account on that phone. So this is likely an account / device issue.Any suggestions as to why this is occurring or how it can be resolved would be appreciated.
