Hi iOSWellnesys, I believe the new CreateML Action Classifier is available with Xcode developer tools beta 2 (Version 12.0 beta 2 (12A6163b)) and Big Sur beta 2 (11.0 Beta (20A4300b)).
I just downloaded it and can see the new action classifier!
