How can we download directly, Quinn? The downloads page you linked only has the option to download from the App Store.

Yeah, it took 11 hours but finally finished.
No, I didn't try it with earlier versions of Xcode as I no longer have that on my system.
With Xcode 16, target iOS 17 and use it on an older simulator and you can see it's fine on iOS 17.
