How can we transfer an app bundle id from one developer account to another?

ReInstall Cocoapods from Homebrew (https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/cocoapods#default) :

@gentleben10 i tried downloading from xcode and from terminal. both didnt continue from where it stopped. how did u manage to download them
