An Apple Watch on watchOS 7 beta will only connect with an iPhone on iOS 14 beta. If you revert your iPhone to iOS 13.5.1 and don’t plan on reinstalling iOS 14 beta on your iPhone you’ll have to send your Apple Watch to Apple to have it reverted to the latest public release of watchOS 6.

The feedback app disappears when your device is no longer on a beta version of iOS. The build number of the last beta of iOS 13.4 is the same as that of the publicly released version, which means they’re the same build.

watchOS 6 is in public release and there is no current beta version available. That's why you don't see any watchOS 6 beta profile to download. You won't see one until Apple releases the next beta.

watchOS 6 requires that the paired iphone be running iOS 13. Since the iPhone 6 can't be updated past iOS 12.4.1 you won't be able use it with an Apple Watch on watchOS 6 beta versions or the public release of watchOS 6.

The RBC Mobile app was last updated 2 weeks ago. It's possible that the update is not compatible with the lastest beta versions of iOS 13.

I've found the solution online. If you unpair, then re-pair your Apple Watch, the ECG app will appear. It did for me and I've just taken my first ECG.Apparently if you set up ECG in the Health app yesterday it prevented the ECG app from showing up after the watchOS 6 beta 5 update today. The solution I found corrects that.

You can create the Apple ID on a device which has not reached it's limit. That Apple ID can then be used on any other Apple device, including the ones used for development.
