Hi, In my Xcode Cloud build workflow, this is called: "TestFlight Internal Testing' Thanks.
I install it using TestFlight.
It has the same behaviour when I debug it on my phone.

Hi,
Here is how I solved it:
Launch the package manager
Click on the "Recently Used"
Click on "cmd" + "backspace"
Chose to clear the recently used packages
Click on "GitHub" section on the left
Click on refresh
The packages are now loaded, paste the url of the package to add.
