Thanks for answer. If I remove @IBDesignable error disappears.
I iOS developer for long time and think this is Xcode fail.
I do not see many similar questions on the forum, which means that perhaps only I faced such a problem.
I found similar questions, but without answers with a date of more than 6 months. And I think during this time the issue should be resolved. Or I can work around this issue by customizing Xcode.
