Yes, I do use Hangs instrument and I find it very useful, and I'm usually lowering the threshold to 33ms in Options. But still, I think it would be useful to use something like 100ms threshold on-device while testers are testing the application, because not all of the developers are used to profiling the application, and it would be more convenient to find hangs while testing.
