After taking call with Apple support team I found the way to resolve this issue. They have suggested below solution which works.1. Create a new user in your existing Mac Machine and login into that.2. Go to System Preferences -> iCloud.3. Sign-in with your Apple ID which is asking to enable Two Factor Authentication.4. After sign-in it will not ask you to enter answer of any security question, rather it will ask you to enter a phone number which you want to use for Two Factor Authentication.5. Enter your phone number and choose the way you would like get the OTP (via Message or Call).6. Enter the OTP and you are done. Now you can login to any machine or browser with your enabled Two Factor Authentication phone number.
