I can tell you my three Logitech Circle View cameras would not work properly in the Apple Home app HKSV. After three days of troubleshooting, today I realized after a lot of thinking and testing by disabling 'iCloud private relay' under my home wifi then my three Logitech cameras in Apple Home have been working perfect since.
