Thank you for your answer. I can't find "Media" in the details sidebar. But when I right click the video and click "Show Media Stats" it states the color as bt709, which matches my input. At all stages of exporting/converting, the video files were always set to Rec. 709.

However, right clicking the video and clicking "Show Media Stats" states the color as bt709, which does match my input settings.
At every point of exporting/converting my video files, the colorspace was always set to Rec. 709.
