Hello, Yes, the application is a a .NET server rendering web forms and handling form submissions, and it uses Twilio to send the OTP text messages. I'm not sure if it matters, I'm using a full phone number, not a short codes, as the from number for the texts. This has been working for a while, I'm just not sure what's changed to break this important linkage in my user authentication.
