Scratch that about being resolved in b5. It's still happening.
Any ideas on how I go about debugging/logging indexing so I can file a meaningful radar?

This appears to be resolved in b5.
Have you had any issues getting this to work with Xcode 11.3? I did have it working with 11.0 but aren't having my luck with 11.3.
