i do not understand the Problem, if you are using Developer-Beta 2, just update to Beta 3, that Version is identical to PB Beta 3.

Boot into Recovery, delete the Partitions and reinstall via Internet-Recovery.You should choose between, original OS and last installed OS-Version.

The Noise.app is only available on the AW S4, sorry, no option for S0 to S3.
You can find it in /Macintosh HD/System/Library/CoreServices/Applications/Feedback-Assistent.app

Hm, another Problem, how to use Airplay with Books.app?i can only use ONE Output at the same Time...Music.app can use Airplay2 (Multiroom) with the same Problems.. (stopps Internetconnection for a few Seconds on Activate)...No Option to minimize the Window and show the Cover on my Desktop.Hey Apple, much to do make this to the Final Version.
First of all, read the Postings before, there are several Answers, but for now, use the Updated Configurator Beta from the Developer Downloads Applications. That works....

Last Time there was no beta fpr HomePods. Only the Final Release of iOS had the Option to Install a SoftwareUpdate to HomePods in Home.App.Maybe we have to wait for the Final. to Update our HP to iOS13.
