its a app for watch courses, for now the courses Scorm can be watched online with a url thats the api provide me, but now the courses can be downloaded, the file its some like this for example

but when i open the file with a local server it works
in android when a made the test with the WebViewAssetLoader that allows me run the webView with other path it works too

maybe for that the webview charges with background gray like the example when in web fails. for that reason i want to know if possible change the path or open the webview in a local server
