Hi, Since 15 October , I am trying to renew my account but no luck. I tried 4 times to put my card details and place order. I got confirmation that it will be done within 2 days but nothing happen. The issue that I dont get any response why this is not done. I have created many support tickets and none reply to me . This is weird and I dont know what to do . I tried to contact phone support they failed each time to do anything. Each time they spend more than 30 min on the phone and then they said this is not under our authority.. so what I can do more... please help
