Today i got the same message. I deleted ipa .now my app status is Prepare for submission.according to my personal experience, this is very unsual. I am afraid of my account termination. I wont send any message to apple.

Replied In App has been in 'Waiting for Review' status for almost 10 days.
I have an application and it is the first release. 6 days waiting for review.
