I've been waiting 9 weeks since the initial "app rejected and your account is under investigation". Have appealed and followed up multiple times but have only recieved the generic response. I'm based in the USA and it's not a game app, it's productivity/time tracking app built using React Native.This is my first time submitting so very much clueless to what's going on. Really never thought I would publish on the Android platform, but now I am.
