I also reported the issue with detailed explanations and a video. They also said that this is expected behavior. But it clearly isn't.
When you select subprices in a currency it's not applied to the other currencies (and some of the other countries that use the currency) and creates a huge price gap at low pricing levels. %10 price change in USD can cause %100 price change in EUR.
I hope Apple finds a solution soon.
