I'm facing the same issue. Sending any LIVE photo via iMessage to my wife is not going through. Both on iOS 18, been sending photos back and forth for years without problem. Saved a LIVE as a 3 second Video and tried sending that and it also fails. Blue bar goes across the screen to about 90% and hangs.
