I think this was in reference to @cconnection's comment on the question. I'm not sure what his bug number was, but I can also submit my own bug. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something, or misunderstanding the documentation.

Yes, that is correct. You're mistaking mine and @cconnection's comments. I never said that Apple answered me. I was merely commenting that I had filed a bug. Indeed, my bug is still marked as "Open". Sorry for the confusion.
