Replied In Allow application running with minimum iOS 10 to be downloaded on device with iOS 9.0 (Last compatible version with minimum iOS version 9.0)
Some application does show this popup when a user tries to download their application on a lower iOS version. We too have a previous version with iOS version 9.0 support. How can we show similar popup for our app?

Replied In Anyone experiencing issues with user subscriptions not working during last 24 hours?
Yes our users too are facing this issue. One strange thing I noticed is that free trial subscription(production) and sandbox subscription are working fine.Problem occurs only when we purchase production non free trial purchases.Do you guys experience same problem?We are really worried about it since we have received many messages and mails from our app subscribers complaining about this.This number keeps on growing. They are asking us for refunds if we can't provide any solution.
