When I upgraded from 13.6 to 14.0 beta4 the existing network settings were enabled with Private Address option and it shows enabled under the network settings. However, the mac address shown is still real device MAC address instead of randomized MAC address. I assume the intention is to have private address enabled on the existing network upon upgrade to 14, but since it is not actually in effect this could be misleading to the user as it is in fact not activated.
