@meaton I am facing the same issue.
Using the way you said, I cannot log out anything from the log stream.
My entitlement file is like below

Yes, I need to change quite a bit in order to make the app to run successfully. But still, the network extension seems is not running?
I have also captured the system log when the app is running. Can you kindly help to see any abnormal thing happen?
