That means you can not use a 3rd party analytics in your apps, but can use an analytics service (e.g Countly) that you can deploy on-premises. Another option is you can build your own albeit it is not recommended due to high amount of work involved in.

You cannot use 3rd party analytics service when you submit a kids app to this category. You can, however, either develop your own analytics solution or use a platform you can deploy on premises easily (e.g Countly). Hope that helps.

You cannot use a 3rd party analytics solution in your kids apps. Instead, you can either use an analytics solution that you develop in-house or use a solution (e.g Countly) that you can deploy on-premises, which doesn't transmit any PII data to 3rd parties.

You can use Countly analytics platform for your mobile apps (self hosted / on-premises) for this purpose. It is downloadable from Github (Community Edition), or you may want to get support from Countly directly and get Enterprise Edition deployed for you.
