I too had to re-install from scratch between beta 2 and beta 3. Now same thing happening between beta 4 and 5. Always fails after update is downloaded then says failure occurred check your internet provider. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet provider. I'm done with the beta for macOS 11. I will just wait for the official release, too bad though I found it to be a really nice update on my 2019 27' iMac.

When I went back to my iPhone X running iOS 13.1 beta 2 and I enabled the keychain option under iCloud then the keychain data started to appear on my iMac. All done.

Very strange this has never happened before. I didn’t look carefully enough but my iPhone said there was a new beta so I started downloading it only to realize to late that it’s iOS 13.1 beta. My iPad running iPadOS 13 beta 8 did not give the option to upgrade to 13.1 or I would be upgrading to it also today. I’ll know for next time to read the update more carefully. I hope it doesn’t ***** up anything. 13.0 beta 8 was actually very good and I would assume when beta 9 comes out it would be even better. That goes for iPadOS 13.0 also.

What is worse I can’t log out of my account because it just keeps asking me for the code that wasn’t sent to my iPhone but never actually gets sent.

I have an iMac running macOS Catalina Open Beta 19A526h and I'm experiencing the exact same issue. This is the first time during all the Catalina betas that this has happened. Patiently waiting for the next beta. I did however open a Feedback report on this.

For now you have to unpair the Apple watch from your iPhone. The pair it back and restore from the backup. The ECG app will then appear on your watch. This worked for me. I'm running iOS 13 beta 5 on my iPhone X and watchOS 6 beta 5 on my series 4 Apple Watch.

So close today. The iOS 13 beta 5 has the first part of making this available. I guess we will need to wait until watchOS 6 beta 5 before the full install is available.
