I've also been recieving invalid binary emails today. Mine indicate that I'm missing the libswift*.dylib files in the app's Frameworks folder.I've validated that they indeed are there by exporting the app instead of uploading it, and decompressing the ipa file, and uploading it using altool, after I verified the frameworks were indeed present.
