I wrote a barcode scanner for our app. It seems to work fine with no problems for several devices. However, our customer is having trouble with their SE Gen 2 and I am having trouble with my SE Gen 1.
I have confirmed that Scan QR codes is turned on in Camera Settings for both devices. The customer SE Gen2 is updated to the latest iOS. My own SE Gen 2 that works fine is not updated to the latest release. The Gen 1 that doesn't work runs a recent iOS.
Is there anything in particular that would prevent the SE devices from scanning in general? Is there a recommended deviceType when initiating the AVCaptureDevice?
