Replied In Universal Links not working properly on iOS 13

I am seeing the same issue with ios 13.1.3. This is a new application i am developing and have wasted so much time on this thinking it was something i was doing wrong. Put the app on ios 12 and it worked perfectly.Has anyone discovered the root cause or is there a workaround?
