5 years later this issue is still here and it's even more problematic as it is only the few way to open App Clips

Any update about this topic? How was it supposed to match to the same user if the email is not provided every time? Do they provide an trust-able id? I don't really get how it's supposed to work...
We are in same situation here. No email is provided in JTW and they are refusing our app update.
