Same here... It is a big pain trying to launch xcxtrace via CLI and getting a decent way to get the output.
It will be very nice to handle stderr properly so we can handle the error and retry, ask the user to reboot, etc.
A complimentary answer would be like:
How this errors (or errors on before run) can be caught from CLI?
