User Profile

I am working on app that gives access to a public event, I only want to recommend to the users to enable exposure notification before enter the event. There is any way to check from my app if exposure notification is active on that device (enabled), and to encourage to do it if not... helping with instructions on how to do it maybe or jumping to that setting. Do I need the entitlement for that? there is any way to know the status without it?
