Hi all, just adding to the sadness on this thread.
I am an experienced developer but new to osx development.
I'm getting ready for beta testing of my new software. I was able to notarize a test build successfully (and that installed on a clean mac correctly), but since then all notarizations have failed in "In Progress" state. There's been a few days of that, even after rolling back to last-known-good.
I tried filing feedback but I haven't seen a response yet.

I've tried every 12hrs or so for the last few days, to no avail.
