We value Apple's effort to protect user's privacy. However it would be really hard for developers to inform user what happens unless we can differentiate the real error VS user denies the local network access through an API. We're also seeing inconsistent behavior of the OS when we turn off local network access that the network will break at different spots (different set of requests went through / blocked every time).
