We have had a crash in our app for quite a while (over a year). We have been unable to reproduce the issue locally, but it impacts tens of thousands of users in the wild.

We do not have JP2 images bundled within our application, and changing the image type from the sole source they are downloaded from to be nothing but standard JPG does not address the issue.
Any insight into what could be happening here would be extremely appreciated!
