Beta 2 did not resolve this... ? seems nutty that a major API just is dead in a beta with tons of people in it but...

Noticed after installing beta3, it commenced a backup to my Sinology NAS for the first time since putting the new beta on, but it failed to complete.

@edford how do I tell SPM to build an XCFramework? found your answer while searching around about this and think you are right: I had excluded per all the other threads (which made no sense to me, seems like a solution for someone on intel machines), but the reason I am sure you have the right answer here is that the latest version of Carthage recommended that I add a switch to build those dependencies as XCFrameworks.

What a disaster. This codebase has to be a complete mess. Furthermore, what is the point of biometrics if you are not going to use them???
Thanks, yeah I am an ***** for not realizing that would cause problems but I had my workspaces dir under Documents for years. On another note, copying away failed because it said a single one of the files was open. Seriously is that we are with simple file management 50 some years into OS practice? Ugh..
Rewatched the section of the talk that actually did show how to do this. But it is kind of worst case: you are supposed to put the symbol into every variant, and there are 27. Someone needs to make a simple sketch template that allows you to make one or maybe 3 symbols if you do want to vary the thickness, and boom you are done.
Unpairing the watch then going back to install from the profile did work. Jesus what a disaster. Guess it would have been too hard to have the watch installer check the version on the phone?

I did this but then it's showing me the old build number, and under update it is suggesting I install beta 2??

I thought maybe this was because I was using the Xcode beta, so I opened the project in the old Xcode (I am on Catalina), but that did not work either. Not sure why the session did not release the code?Anyway this is just a fail for now. If you create a project and don't touch a line of code, it will install the button but it will not do anything.
