iOS 13 install Windows 10
I was able to install iOS 13 on a Windows 10 PC using the command line.https://allthings.how/how-to-install-ios-13-from-windows-10-command-line-not-itunes/If you follow the instructions, it should work.It takes a while and some of the messages make you think it's failing.Good luck!
