Yeah, I don't use Swift (Objective-C only) so Swift compatibility may be a factor.

You should have replied on the original thread instead of starting a new one.

The purpose of this forum is to have discussions among developers. It's not intended to report problems to Apple. That said, the activity level on the forums does seem to be trending downward. I think that's because a lot of indy developers are getting out of the business.

I think it would be difficult to establish a clear connection between the companies, so Apple may reject one or more of the apps as being copy cats of the others. It would probably be better to have one app that would work in all countries, that does the appropriate thing depending on what country it's in.

Audible is like that for audio books (or at least it used to be -- I haven't bought a book from them lately). You had to go to Audible's web site to buy an audio book before you could listen to it in their app.

The question is, are you able to do anything with your app if you decline the download (or, say, you had no net connection)? If not, then you don't meet the requirement.

This is exactly the intended use for expedited review requests. Unfortunately, so many developers abuse expedited review requests because of some promised deadline they can't meet (or because they simply get impatient waiting for a review to finish) that Apple probably doesn't have time to wade through all of them to find the ones that are legitimate.

Note to you and everyone else: Please don't post unsymbolicated crash logs. They take up a lot of space and nobody here would be able to interpret them.

That question is not appropriate for the developer forums. Try the user forums at apple.com.

It may take a day for an app to show up in the App Store, but it's also possible that your app simply doesn't show up in the search results, or it may be way down the list.

You could give them a promo code for the app (but they wouldn't be allowed to review it, if that's what you're going for).

I think he must be a user who wandered into the developer forums by mistake, wanting to know if an app he installed on his phone has GPS tracking. If so, he could look in the Settings app under Privacy > Location Services to see if the app is listed there.

Yeah, (confusing as it is), the SDK version is not the same as the deployment target. The error message is referring to the SDK version. I'm not sure how to specify which SDK to use -- it may involve using an earlier version of Xcode. Someone here should know.
