This seems to have worked for me. I don't see suggestd running any more. "cd ~/Desktop && touch Suggestions" "Get Info" → set "Locked" to on Delete ~/Library/Suggestions Drag Suggestions (the file) into ~/Library

I'm having the sample problem.Safari beachballing, hanging and spinning CPU on most pages.I tried clearing browsing history, disabling all extensions. Still behaving the same way. I hadn't experienced this on a new install. This is an upgrade. No issues with Chrome. I'm having to use Chrome for everything.Catalina beta 3.
