Hello mpalumbo, As Claude31 said, this is a developer forum and the App Review team does not respond here regarding app policies. We are reaching out in order to inquire about the possibility of the app being accepted on the App Store before we invest additional time and resources into the project. I understand that your main concern is if your app will be accepted because it is related to "nicotine" and "tobacco", which are strictly regulated on the App Store and in most cases not allowed. I can't tell you if your app will be accepted or not, however, note that the review team does understand specific use cases and it also should yours. But even then your app may get rejected because of other reasons (for example, there could be multiple other apps doing the same as yours). My personal advice is that if you are developing an app in a gray area, you should also have the required resources and prepare for the worst-case scenario. Don't put your eggs into one basket. Best of luck

Sometimes this can happen. If it's only today that you are experiencing this , please wait a few more days and try again. I'm pretty confident the problem will resolve on its own.

Hello, Is this an update for the app or the first release? When you said your app was rejected 8 times, that means that 8 times you submitted it to review and it was rejected each time with the same, different or mixed guideline? And finnally.. did you put "VPET" keyword into your metadata?

Hello, I'm not sure if it's quite clear what are you trying to do. Can you provide a little bit more of clarification, regarding this issue? Who is the owner of this Apple developer account? What kind of apps does this developer account have with the status "Ready for Sale?" Does this developer account have multiple apps with the same functionality? What submitted apps do? Who submitted your application? Thank you!

Additionally to my previous post: Even if by any chance you get your app transferred to a new account you'd need source files. .IPA is not enough in long run. When you will try to upload the binary to the App Store your upload may get blocked due to requirements that your binary needs to meet. If your binary is 7 years old I'm pretty sure you won't get through since so many things have changed.

Hey, Your best bet is to contact Apple. Going the regular route I'd say it's not possible because you need access to the account where the app is. From there you can initiate a transfer to the new account. Other than that, only Apple can help with your situation. Best of luck and hope you get your app back.

Hello, I've faced the same issue and the bizzare thing was the I'm the owner of the developer account. Yesterday I could access the itunes connect without issues but today I was getting an "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect." message. I've discovered that using the other URL for the developer program worked for me (Not sure if Apple changed something on their end or not). However this is the link that worked for me (only for developers): https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login Don't use the "iTunesConnect" one that OP used. Alternatively go to Google and type "IDMSA APPLE" and click the first link and you can login from there too. Hope that helps anyone.
